    • Free maintenance for the first month

    • 24/7 web support

1.2 Starter Business Website

  • Price: Starting at £300 + £15/month

  • Includes:

    • 1 custom web page + policy pages

    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

    • Professional email setup

    • Anti-spam integration

1.3 Economic Business Website

  • Price: £50/month (no design and development fee)

  • Includes:

    • Same services as the Starter Business Website

2. Payment Terms

  • All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice.
  • Monthly maintenance fees will be billed on a recurring basis.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all necessary content and materials for the website.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content provided does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients will own the rights to the website design and content created by us.
  • We retain the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled.

7. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
  • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
